If you are ordering any of our services, you have the complete right to know about the refund policies we offer.

Our Courses:

We don’t offer any refund for this course once purchased. This is a digital product that you receive within 7 days of ordering. Once an order is placed, no refund is issued.  Our courses are also non-shareable. You can’t share it with a friend. If done, your account might get banned.

We don’t allow changing your IP / Wifi – on a device change. This will result in a temporary or permanent ban on your profile.

We also don’t allow change of your email address / any other details that you have provided us during placing your order.

If your old device is lost or stolen, we allow a new device and we do a reset. This happens only once in the course lifetime. We will not do it more than once. We can deny a reset if there’s a suspicion of piracy or unauthorized account transfer.

We can deny the sale of our products to anyone. We can also cancel a sale and offer a refund if already paid.

Consultancy Services:

We expect your experience to be awesome. But if you feel are not doing at your expectation level in any way don’t hesitate to request a refund within 7 days after enrolling in any consultancy services which are eligible for a refund. While you place a request for a refund, you agree to give us another chance to meet your expectation first. If are not capable to do that, you will get your money back.

How to get a refund:

 Email to hello@sanjoydam.com with the following format:

Subject: Refund request of {Order_ID}. i.e: Refund request of service name

Body: Type the reason in detail.

Send the mail. We will work on it.

Refund Channel:

If you are eligible to get a refund it will be done through the same channel you made the payment. For example, if your payment is made via bKash, you will get the refund via bKash.

Refund is not eligible for the following

  • 7 days have passed after enrolling in the consultancy service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Your purchase & sends requests for refund for multiple services within a short duration of time
  • We can’t consider your reasons are honest or eligible enough for a refund.
  • We explored that you are trying to misuse our refund policies in any way.

Please note

If your refund request is valid and accepted by us it takes 7 to 10 working days. A small portion of the refund amount will be applied as a payment processing fee.
